Description

Whenever we today in this 21st century read about heaven and earth in the Scriptures, we need to be careful as to exactly what is being referred to. Here are some reasons as to why this must be:

  • The original Bible was not written in our modern English, which is a far different language than Hebrew or Greek, the original languages of the Holy Scriptures. Hence, the reason for us to become avid students of the Word of God.
  • We are not the original recipients of Scripture and as such, we need to understand what the original recipients understood when they first received that Word.
  • We must be willing to let the Bible interpret itself and not hang on to our theories for the Scriptures.
  • The Bible speaks of at least four heavens and three earths. We need to dig deep into the Word of God and find them and apply this understanding in our study.

Remember what the scriptures say in Proverbs 25:2; “It is the glory of God to conceal the word, and the glory of kings to search out the speech.”

Let us now take a deeper dive and journey into the Word of God with the intention of extracting much needed revelation concerning these heavens and earths.
