Some still believe it is not God’s will to heal. Some even believe that He sends illness to work out some unknown purpose or to bring them closer to Him. We may pray or cry out to God more during an affliction, which creates “feeling” closer to Him. His Word says, “If we draw near to Him, He will draw close to us.” However, the question remains: Why would God use something that is from the devil to teach us anything, when He sent the Holy Spirit to be our guide – the Spirit of Truth?
The answer is: He wouldn’t, and He doesn’t!
As you read what the Word of God clearly states about this subject you will no longer be willing to except the devil’s lies that you or a loved one cannot be healed today. The Word of God is the only truth we can stand on. Jesus healed, and the Word declare, Jesus is the same yesterday . . . today . . . forever!

About the Author:
Gordon Lindsay, born in 1906 in Zion, Illinois, was greatly influenced by the powerful healing and miracles he witnessed. After his conversion to Christ, he quickly began to study the Word and start his ministry. In 1937, he married his wife, Freda. In 1948, he stated a monthly publication called The Voice of Healing, which was sent around the world to inform believers of the miracles that were happening during the tent meetings of the great revivalists in the 1950s and 1960s. In 1970, Gordon and Freda co-founded Christ For The Nations Institute, a Bible school that teaches the uncompromising Word of God and how to be led by the Spirit. He has authored over 250 books/booklets that have ben distributed to disciple believers all over the world.
